United provides full service solutions from requirements development and design, to development and deployed support. United also designs and develops solutions for data and operations centers, providing fail-safe business continuity in a multi-level classification environment. United supports various Military Services and Intelligence Agencies with systems development including hardware version upgrades and alternatives for the design, development, and manufacture of various rugged vehicle rack systems and portable workstations. All mission equipment built and supported by United is successfully fielded and operating.
- Project Challenges: Design requirements call for a reduction in overall footprint while maintaining maximum performance. United solutions exceed requirements for performance and reliability within these space constraints, providing unsurpassed value to the customer.
- Performance: OPTIA workstations, rack mountable servers and laptops are designed and have proven to manage system heat and extended high-temperature environments. OPTIA products exceed many MIL-STDs and have successfully passed the Vibration Qualification Testing (VQT) being subjected to vibration specifications as required by the Services as well as test requirements at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
